Recent Announcements

New Approval Policy Begins March 22, 2004
Effective March 22, a new approval policy for the Godspy forums will be in place. The moderators for each forum will review all messages before they are posted to the site. We've had complaints about the length and tone of some posts -- we were, frankly, caught off guard by them -- and after considering the issue we've decided this policy is necessary to ensure the quality of discussion in our forums. This will mean a delay before posting of anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours (or overnight). We apologize for that, but we believe it will be well worth the trouble for the peace of mind it will bring. Comments that are extreme in content, tone, or length will not be approved. How is "extreme" defined? That will be up to the moderators to decide, as stated in our registration agreement. But there have only been a handful of problem posts. The rest have almost always been relevant, courteous, and succinct, so there's no reason to feel inhibited. This policy is only meant to prevent unpleasant surprises in the future. Thanks very much for your understanding, and for participating in the Godspy forums.
